Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

Responsible for managing and coordinating the operations and maintenance of the company's truck fleet to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. Key duties include overseeing the mechanic shop, planning and supervising maintenance activities, conducting fleet utilization studies, and recommending fleet size and replacement strategies. Ensures all safety regulations are followed, maintains equipment in optimal condition, and manages inspections and preventive maintenance. Provides leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members, fostering a culture of trust and open communication. Maintains accurate records and reports related to fleet operations and repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of fleet maintenance experience
• Supervisory or team lead experience
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
