Fleet Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Position Summary
As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor, you will engage your diesel technicians, maintain team morale, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include coordinating, scheduling, and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs, hiring, training, and developing technicians.

- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets
- Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
- Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs
- Maintain and monitor associate work levels
- Facilitate facility management, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Major Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include prioritizing and assigning work, ensuring quality and safety, controlling costs, meeting customer satisfaction, coaching and mentoring, monitoring work levels, and facilitating facility management.

Qualifications
- Ability and desire to work in a positive, fast-paced, and high-energy environment
- 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or at least 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Tech School degree preferred
- Strong customer service and organizational skills required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred
Physical Requirements
The physical and mental demands of this job require moving frequently, standing, walking, climbing, bending, sitting for extended periods, using hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and operate required tools or controls, lifting and/or moving up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally up to 100lbs/45kg, working at heights using ladders and elevated platforms, working in all weather conditions, seeing and hearing to safely navigate the work environment, and working in a constant state of alertness and safety.
Pay
$67,000 - $88,800 annually
