Responsible for managing and expanding relationships with fleet maintenance providers to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet maintenance providers
- Manage and optimize service delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
