Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the productivity and uptime of a specialized fleet of equipment including scheduled and preventative maintenance
• Schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment
• Accurate and up to date asset tracking
• Communicate with drivers, customers and third party maintenance facilities
• Cost control
• Equipment relocation
• Coordination with remote dispatch teams
• Vendor negotiations

Requirements

• High level of organizational skills
• Prior background in heavy equipment maintenance, including tractors, knuckle boom loaders, hydraulics, or related experience
• Previous transportation experience
• Proficient with TMS systems, maintenance software, Excel and other software programs
• Organized, self-starter with the ability to communicate across department lines
