Fleet Equipment Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various equipment
• Manage restroom trailer programs, including testing and troubleshooting
• Create training materials and SOPs for equipment operation and maintenance
• Train team members on setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Serve as weekend technical support, resolving onsite or remote issues

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years in equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, HVAC, electrical, or related trades
• Current CDL Class C license with clean record; CDL Class A preferred (sponsorship available)
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems with limited resources
• Experience towing trailers and operating commercial vehicles
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and reliable
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Preferred: background in HVAC, generators, plumbing, field maintenance, bilingual skills
