Key Responsibilities
Supervise Crews: Direct and organize daily dispatch for assigned CDL drivers.
Manage Logistics: Ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery of equipment and materials.
Enforce Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to traffic laws, safety protocols, and weight limits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of specialized heavy civil transport (Lowboy & Fuel Truck) and supervisory experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of motor carrier regulations, required permits, and commercial vehicles.
- Skills: Proven track record driving Lowboys; transporting a variety of Heavy Equipment, as well as Fuel Truck driving and fueling operations.
- Licensing: Must hold and maintain a valid North Carolina Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Must also have Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements.
