About the role
A fast-growing, family-owned automotive and towing company is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build and grow new fleet and commercial accounts, develop strong relationships with local businesses, and represent a company known for reliability, service, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow new fleet and commercial accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses.
- Maintain and support existing customer partnerships.
- Manage your territory and follow up consistently with customers.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable prospecting, networking, and closing deals.
- Organized and dependable with good time management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow.
- Sales experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Automotive, towing, or service industry knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
