Flat Rate Technician

Quirk Auto is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Service Technician for our busy Service Department. This is an opportunity to begin a career at one of the best dealership groups with a team of inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment and special service tools to test vehicle components
• Test-drive vehicles for diagnosis and repair verification
• Diagnose vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, and air conditioning
• Provide the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
• Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results

Requirements

• Experience with diagnostic equipment and vehicle repair
• Ability to diagnose automotive systems (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, air conditioning, etc.)

Pay

$52,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience
