About the role

Porsche Monmouth, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards
• Deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
• 3+ years of dealership experience

Qualifications

• Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required

Pay

The pay range for this position is $22.00-$35.00 per hour.
