Position Overview

The Head of Retail Experience will lead the strategy, operations, and customer experience for a flagship retail location serving a discerning clientele. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, developing a high-performing team, and driving business results through thoughtful leadership and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead daily retail operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Create an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty, engagement, and repeat business
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing and inclusive retail team
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming retail environment that reflects the organization's values and premium brand standards
  • Experience leading teams in luxury retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle-focused environments
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable client experiences

Pay

This position offers a competitive annual salary of $80,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
