Maintenance Technician Olen Living is seeking a skilled and motivated, full-time Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community in Boynton Beach, FL - Indian Hills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents. Technical expertise and dedication to quality workmanship will contribute to creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for our residents. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks related to building and apartment maintenance, including unit turnovers, completing work orders, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair or replace plumbing, electrical, appliances, and air conditioning systems.
- Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for occupancy and help with apartment turnover.
- Participate in community maintenance duties, including building maintenance, preventative maintenance, service request completion, groundskeeping, and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one to two years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
- Valid driver’s license (Florida requirement).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds; occasionally moving or maneuvering up to 100 pounds.
