Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Performing a wide range of maintenance tasks related to building and apartment maintenance, including unit turnovers, completing work orders, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Dedication to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and other staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
