Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Performing a wide range of maintenance tasks related to building and apartment maintenance, including unit turnovers, completing work orders, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure the overall satisfaction and well-being of our residents.

• Technical expertise in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
