Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on stationary crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, and other plant systems.
- Replace or repair bearings, belts, pulleys, motors, gearboxes, liners, and other plant components as needed.
- Conduct welding, cutting, and fabrication work to repair or modify equipment and structures.
- Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and setup of new plant components.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
- Work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient plant operations.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust, etc.).
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time throughout the workday, as required to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Operate mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, skid steer, manlift) as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in daily safety meetings and communicate equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
Requirements
- Must have dedication to safe work practices
- Previous maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed
- Willingness to work a regular 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. shift
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Willingness to work outside in a variety of conditions

Pay
Starting pay for second shift candidates is $27/hr. This includes a $22/hr. base pay + $5/hr. shift differential. Pay will be determined based on experience.
