About the role

• Full-time opportunity for 5-star salespeople who want to work either in-office or remotely and earn $100K+ per year
• Access to bank, broker, and portfolio loan options; currently licensed in 13 states
• Leads and marketing support provided

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network and Integrity Home Lending’s lead sources to drive sales
• Demonstrate strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Work effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors
• Prospect, build pipelines, and cross-sell products
• Adapt to new sales strategies and take direction well

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong character traits: integrity, discipline, fearlessness, will to win, and a desire for self-improvement
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-selling skills
• Ability to manage time constraints and attention to detail
• Comfortable with extended hours of sitting and computer tasks
• Experience with internet leads is a plus
• Relationships with realtors, builders, or accountants are helpful
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation

• Very aggressive commission splits and/or salary plus commission
