FIVE Star Mortgage Loan Officer

About the role

Integrity Home Lending (ranked #1 in customer service by LendingTree in Q1 and Q2, and top 10 in Q3/Q4 of 2025) is seeking full-time, high-energy Loan Officers who thrive in a motivating team environment and are ready to earn $100K+ per year. The position is available in-office or remote.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate integrity in every transaction (company averages 4.9 stars out of 5 on LendingTree)
• Take direction well and remain open to new sales strategies
• Exhibit strong customer service and follow-up skills
• Leverage existing relationships with realtors, builders, and accountants
• Work internet leads effectively (experience is a plus)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (4-year degree preferred but not required)
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints
• Comfortable with extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks
