Fitting Room Attendant (Part-Time)

Responsibilities
- Assure customers receive world-class service and attention in the fitting rooms
- Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant manner
- Be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas
- Assist in general office duties, including mail service, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate individuals/departments
- Create daily pocket schedules and make signs for all shops
- Assist in various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed
- Develop product knowledge and partner with sales associates to achieve daily selling goals
- Focus on fashion trends
- Check customers in and out of fitting rooms while monitoring the amount of merchandise
- Prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
- Answer questions about merchandise location, price, and use
- Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride and promotes personal growth
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere, and treat others with respect
- Follow Scheels' policies and procedures
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Complete basic mathematical equations
- Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and clearly explain all benefits

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Associates are expected to follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a manner that minimizes risk of injury
Pay
$13 per hour
Schedule
- Must be available to work on an every-other-weekend rotation
- Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available a minimum of two weekends a month
- Average hours per week: 20
