Fitter Welder

Role: Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator responsible for producing high-quality welds in a customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Efficiently produce precise welds that meet customer specifications.Determine appropriate welding methods based on blueprints when not specified.Perform first-piece checks and submit for quality assurance inspection.Maintain production records to ensure correct part quantities.Organize work for timely completion based on complexity and method.Other duties as required to support production goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel, and galvannealed steel.Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
