We are seeking a highly skilled SENIOR MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Include Producing high-quality welds efficiently according to customer specifications.Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.Performing first-piece checks and submitting parts for quality inspection.Maintaining records to ensure correct production quantities.Organizing work to meet deadlines based on job complexity and method.Welding with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill techniques on mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.Interpreting blueprints and welding symbols with attention to detail and efficiency. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Proficiency in various welding positions and materials.Strong focus on quality, precision, and productivity.
