Fitter Welder

We are seeking a skilled Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently while meeting precise customer specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, selecting appropriate welding methods, performing first-piece checks, maintaining production records, and organizing work for timely completion. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of MIG welding/fabrication experience, proficiency in welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel, and comfort with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds. Strong attention to detail and efficiency are essential. Produce quality welds efficiently.Ensure parts meet specifications through proper welding techniques.Verify weld quality before completing jobs.Maintain accurate production records.Organize work based on complexity and deadlines.Additional duties as needed.
