We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role involves producing high-quality welds efficiently, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and ensuring materials meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece checks
• Maintain production records
• Organize work based on complexity
• Ensure timely completion of job orders
• Produce precise, high-quality welds efficiently
• Determine appropriate welding methods and verify parts meet specifications
• Perform quality checks and record production data
• Organize work to optimize efficiency and meet production goals
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Comfort with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
