About the role

MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR responsible for producing high-quality welds efficiently in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Olathe, KS.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise welds according to specifications, ensuring parts meet quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and welding symbols to determine appropriate methods.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and document production records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Organize work based on complexity and deadlines to optimize workflow.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Skills

• Proficiency with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on efficiency.
