About the role
Team members will install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings. The role requires working closely with the foreman and team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment. We seek highly motivated, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lift at least 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
- Drive to job sites and work at various locations
- Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
- Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems
Requirements
- U.S. Work Authorization (Required)
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Background check
- Reference checks
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems
- Blueprint reading experience
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / electronic blueprint systems)

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to train and mentor others
Preferred Certifications
- NICET Level I or II
- Completion of an accredited industry training program
- OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications
