Responsibilities

• Design individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background, and personal goals.
• Develop and implement exercise programs that are safe, effective, and appropriate for individuals who are apparently healthy or have medical clearance to exercise.
• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience.

Requirements

• If the candidate does not have a certification upon hire, they will be hired as a Member Service Representative and must obtain certification within 6 months from the hire date.
