Fitness Technician

Essential Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations
• Inspect, calibrate, and clean and test fitness equipment during Service Contract visits
• Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote to be provided to customer
• Complete repairs with parts ordered; test that machine is back in full working order
• Provide communication to customer both in scheduling times to come out and what is going on with their equipment
• Look for additional opportunities for revenue from service/warranty work and PM contracts on additional machines
• Look for additional opportunities for incremental revenue for new equipment and/or fitness accessories

Skills And Qualifications

• Be able to lift/move fitness equipment & parts up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance and clear an MVR Check
• Proficiency and working knowledge of computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, wifi, email and cell phone technology

Pay

The Service Technician position with LIVunLtd pays based on experience and location of service. All of our Service Technicians are also eligible for a competitive performance based bonus program. More detailed information on our bonus incentive program is shared as part of the interview process.
