About the role
Under the direction of the director, fitness trainers are responsible for assisting members with safe and effective exercise programs, orientations for members, maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities, maintaining accurate files, records, and charges for each member, giving tours and information to potential members, teaching exercise classes, and assisting with health screenings and wellness programs.
Responsibilities

- Perform daily operations during 2nd shift
Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Personal trainer certification required
- Ability to work well with the public demonstrated after completion of orientation
- Knowledge of personal training, accurate exercise prescriptions, and ability to present self and facility to public as directed
- Previous fitness/wellness experience required
- Prior experience with database systems and public relations is preferred
