Position Overview This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role. We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Recruiter who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program. What You’ll Do Warmly greet members upon entering and exiting the facilityAssist with check-in/out for classes, personal training, small group, or team trainingBe an expert on the D1 Portfolio and services, answer any member questions, assist with making sure members have the correct apps downloadedProvide excellent customer service and troubleshoot any membership issues, complaints, or assistanceEnsure the facility remains tidy and presentable through completing opening/closing checklistsMake outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leadsSet appointments for free trials, consultations/assessments, and workoutsRespond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters here more than you think)Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membershipRecommend the right training program based on individual goalsMaintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRMConsistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets What We’re Looking For 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, fitness or similar)Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-upStrong communication skills and confidence on the phoneOrganized and disciplined with lead managementHigh energy, competitive, and goal-orientedCustomer service experience (fitness industry a plus, not required) Why This Role Stands Out Clear focus on appointment setting + sales, not random front desk tasksOpportunity to grow with a nationally expanding brandDirect impact on business growth and member successA team culture that actually cares about performance and development Ready to Apply?
