Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) concept to interested consumers ("intros").
• Work at the front desk, including answering phones and assisting members.
• Give studio tours.
• Guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout alongside trainers.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Handle members' concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Positive attitude and ability to talk to anyone.
• Team player with a zest for being part of a growing fitness company.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.

Schedule

Availability required:

• Monday - Thursday: 4–8 PM
• Friday: 3–7 PM
• Saturday: 7 AM–12:30 PM
• Sunday: 7:45 AM–12:00 PM
