About the Role
As Fitness Programme Manager, you'll take the lead on our onsite Active Space and Wellbeing programme — running the facility day to day, building the team around you, and holding standards steady when the day doesn't go to plan. Working closely with the Account Manager, you'll balance operations, safety, and financial performance while pushing a wellbeing offer that never sits still. You'll be the first point of contact for members and stakeholders alike, which means confidence and clear communication matter as much as the numbers on the spreadsheet. This is a role for someone who reads the terrain, adjusts fast, and brings the whole team with them.
