Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in the ongoing training and education of all personal training staff.
- Maintain flexible schedules to accommodate member needs and club operations.
- Track and document new member fitness consultations and personal training sessions.
- Regularly meet with the Club Manager to ensure compliance with club requirements and operations.
- Generate and present profitability and goal reports weekly and monthly to the District Fitness Manager.
- Ensure completion of required documentation such as daily reports, checklists, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Inspect personal trainers for proper follow-up with new members and ensure prompt equipment repairs.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations.
- Perform all assigned duties and additional tasks as directed.
Job Requirements
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must hold a national recognized personal training certification and CPR certification.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Physical capabilities: ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35+ pounds, and communicate with guests and associates.

Compensation
$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
About the Role
This position oversees all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and training new personal trainers. It also ensures the profitability of the personal training program by managing new member interactions, setting and reviewing departmental goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
