Fitness Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about fitness programs, classes, and club amenities
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Cookordinate with fitness staff to ensure smooth operation of the fitness center

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
• A positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness
