About the role
If you have high energy, love connecting with people, and want a job that leaves a positive impact, you’ll fit right in. The Exercise Coach isn’t your typical chaotic big-box gym. We operate in a private, clean, and low-stress studio atmosphere. We meet people where they are. Our clients are everyday folks looking to reclaim their health, and you’ll be the coach cheering them on in a supportive, 1-on-1 or semi-private (2-4 people) setting.
Responsibilities
- Coach & Motivate: Guide clients safely through 20-minute, tech-powered workouts while keeping a sharp eye on form and safety.
- Track Progress: Use our proprietary technology to show clients their real-time strength data and track their results over time.
- Build Relationships: Keep up excellent communication with clients, facilitate consultations, and help manage the studio schedule.
Requirements
- People First: You genuinely love talking to people in person and have solid communication skills.
- The Baseline: High school graduate, with a current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to get one before you finish studio training).
- The Extras (Nice to have, not required): Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or previous coaching/customer service experience.
