Fitness Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with operations planners and dispatchers to ensure high quality service.
  • Responsible for all daily activity related to the successful relocation of high value products.
  • Obtain orders, gather complete customer information, and quote client orders within 30 minutes.
  • Create and update customer profiles.
  • Determine haulers through pattern of service system.
  • Register orders, print tickets, and bills of lading to operations.
  • Status orders utilizing 48-hour report.
  • Post-move quality calls.
  • Prepare client records as required.
  • Ensure invoicing accuracy to client.
  • Provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Aid other team members as needed.
  • Make decisions and solve problems for non-revenue related issues.
  • Total overall management of projects assigned.
  • Schedule and manage internal and external resources.
  • Communicate with customer/partner project management staff.
  • Write updates on schedules, performance data, and administrative issues.
  • Communicate internally with Customer Service, Sales executives, management, dispatchers, drivers, etc.
  • Quality assurance of all aspects of project responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to handle various issues during project execution.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of two years customer service experience in the transportation industry required.
  • Logistics experience preferred.
  • Certified Forklift Operator certification preferred.
  • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google G Suite.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally, usually for day trips to visit clients.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Place 200 transactions (new orders) per month.

Pay

  • $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
