About the role
The National Service Coordinator at RLWS is responsible for supporting national service clients, ensuring timely and accurate service, billing, and payments. This position involves close collaboration with dealers, strategic accounts, and various internal departments to deliver efficient and effective service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and schedule service orders from national service clients
- Enter service parts orders and RMAs accurately
- Develop and implement detailed service plans
- Process and verify client invoices and dealer payments
- Negotiate payments and address billing discrepancies
- Communicate with regional sales directors to select appropriate dealers
- Provide technical advice and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer problems
- Maintain customer account files and order information
- Use lean manufacturing principles to improve processes
- Coordinate with purchasing and dealers for service parts
- Communicate concerns about inventory levels to managers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of customer service, production, or sales experience
- Basic mechanical and electronic aptitude, with a willingness to learn scale and weighing systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license (for those requiring weekend rotations)
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and conflict resolution
- Highly dependable and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to handle demanding situations
- Proficient in personal computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong mathematical skills

- Technical skills to advise and troubleshoot field technicians
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Knowledge of materials, material control systems, and machine shop operations
