Fitness Coach

About the role

The Exercise Coach® is a high-tech, high-touch fitness studio designed to help individuals achieve strength, mobility, energy, and overall wellness with safe, effective workouts in just two 20-minute sessions per week. Our unique approach combines advanced Exerbotics® technology, certified coaching, and personalized programs. We serve a wide range of clients, including those who have never felt successful with fitness before.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and coach clients using Exerbotics® equipment
• Conduct initial assessments and consultations
• Maintain form, safety, and monitor individual client progress
• Provide education and motivation on fitness and healthy living
• Track and review results through our high-tech system
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure consistent attendance and goal progress
• Support lead generation, tours, and trial sessions
• Log data and client communication accurately in CRM

Qualifications

• High energy, positive attitude, and a love for working with people
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong ability to connect with and inspire others
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
• Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
