Fitness Club Director

Position Summary

The Anytime Fitness Marshfield location is seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused leader to serve as our Fitness Club Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, leading a team, and engaging with the local community.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive new membership growth through 1-on-1 consultative sales, outbound marketing, and community outreach in the Wisconsin Rapids area
• Oversee the full club membership base, including operations, financial performance, reporting, and member satisfaction
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate club staff to achieve individual and club-wide goals
• Manage administrative and office responsibilities
• Ensure the facility is well-maintained and delivers an exceptional member experience

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in retail, service, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Sales experience preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement

Compensation and Benefits

• Earning potential: $40,000–$65,000 per year
