Fitness Attendant- The Wigwam

About the role

The Wigwam is a Four Diamond property with 331 guest rooms spanning across 440 acres. Located in Litchfield Park, AZ, The Wigwam is a renowned Arizona landmark deeply entwined with Arizona history since 1929. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, driven individuals with a passion for excellence to join our team as Fitness Attendants.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in the fitness center
• Ensure equipment is in safe and operating condition
• Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness center
• Have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel
• Ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and showing sincere interest
• Resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when issues arise
• Work closely with the team to keep the retail store clean and organized
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally, assisting other departments with necessary information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service
• A strong desire to make an impact on others
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Pay

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Schedule

We are flexible with schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
