Fitness Advisor
Job Summary
This position provides information and guidance to prospective members regarding club facilities, programs, membership procedures and pricing. By educating new and potential members on the benefits of a regular exercise through retention, distributing club information and other outreach techniques.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining the profitability of the company through new member sales and retention
- Meet daily and weekly minimum requirements on sales quotas
- Ensure all required documentation is completed
Job Requirements
- Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays
- Health insurance available after 60 days
- 401(k) available after 12 months
- Preferred experience in the Health Club Industry, but training provided for the right candidate
