Fish Cutter - Day Shift

About the Role

Responsible for cutting products to specifications with proper yields and high quality. You will work with all species of fish, both fresh and saltwater, and must have knowledge of raw materials and inventory experience. The role is centered on the Salmon Fillet production line, with a focus on yields in the decap process.

• Handle and process all species of fish, including fresh and saltwater varieties.
• Manage raw material inventory and ensure proper yields.
• Operate the Salmon Fillet production line, specifically focusing on the decap process to optimize yields.
