About the Role

Responsible for cutting products to specifications, ensuring proper yields and high quality. The role involves cutting all species of fish, both fresh and saltwater, and requires knowledge of raw materials and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Cut products to precise specifications while maintaining high quality.
• Handle and process all species of fish, including fresh and saltwater varieties.
• Manage raw material inventory effectively.
• Operate the Salmon Fillet production line, focusing on yields during the decap process.
