About the role

Part-time, event-based position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. This is a union position paying $23.06/hour.

Responsibilities

• Complete steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
• Respond to guest needs and requests
• Adhere to location appearance guidelines
• Understand and describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation, and pricing
• Use suggestive and upselling techniques effectively
• Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised appropriately
• Establish rapport with guests/members and exceed guest expectations
• Act with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service
• Maintain service areas and employ good safety and sanitation practices
• Practice proper product control and handle inventory and equipment
• Communicate guest issues to management
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies
• Accurately use POS system
• Complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
• Adhere to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines
• Display a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
• Assist fellow team members when necessary
• Be on time and ready to perform all required duties

Requirements

• 1-2 years of cashier or leadership experience preferred
• Able to handle job hazards including slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains
• Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends, and cleans to maintain service area
• Walks and stands during entire shift
• English reading, writing, and math skills required
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests, and teammates in English

Skills & Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Ability to understand and assist guests with mobile order technology
• Effectively manage stand workers
• Ability to train, coach, and delegate tasks
• Must be ServSafe certified
• Able to accurately use POS system
• Able to lift and transport up to 30 pounds
