About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect with at least 7-10 years of experience to lead and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
• Oversee the drafting of architectural designs and construction documents.
• Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate cost assessments for projects.
• Cook up with contractors and subcontractors throughout the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and contract specifications.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and project team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in construction management and architectural project oversight.
• Must have proficiency in Autocad, Revit and CAD, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of contract management and legal considerations in architecture.
• Ability to draft detailed architectural plans and specifications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
