About the role
The Fiscal Analyst provides day-to-day fiscal and administrative support for the College of Professional and Global Education (PaGE).
Responsibilities
- Tracks and reconciles budgets, revenues, and expenditures.
- Verifies financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepares standard financial reports using established procedures.
- Makes sure program budgets and revenue transfers are monitored and reported accurately.
- Assists faculty, staff, and students with inquiries about employee contracts, pay status, and appointment documentation.
- Processes recruitment and transaction forms, time and pay records, and prepares contract letters for extension faculty.
- Collaborates with academic colleges and central administrative offices to troubleshoot issues related to the Academic Planning Database (APDB) and PeopleSoft HR entries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience.
- Experience providing day-to-day administration of a program and/or performing administrative, technical, and analytical work related to operations and procedures.
- Quantitative and reasoning skills, excellent oral/written communications, listening and interpretive skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interact with faculty, CSU administrators and staff.
- Demonstrated interest and/or ability in working in a multicultural/multiethnic environment.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and other systems such as Element451, Canvas Catalog, and point of sales systems.

$4,799 - $6,992/Monthly (Budgeted Hiring Salary Range $4,799 - $5,299/Monthly)
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; non-exempt classification.
