Position Overview

The primary function of the Program Coordinator is to maintain weekly schedules of activities, including instruction and implementation of crafts, STEM, games, enrichment, and other on-campus activities. A schedule, curriculum with detailed instructions, and all supplies will be provided. The Program Coordinator assures the special activities are being conducted, completed, supplies maintained, and projects sent home at the end of each day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly schedules of activities
• Instruct and implement crafts, STEM, games, enrichment, and other on-campus activities
• Ensure all supplies are maintained
• Send projects home at the end of each day

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working with children
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, child development)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and execute fun and educational activities
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using Microsoft Office)
