First Responder Security Officer - MGM Grand Detroit

The Job

As a Security Officer First Responder, you will provide basic emergency medical needs to team members and property guests while ensuring exceptional guest service.

THE STARTING RATE

$22.00

Day-to-day

• Serves as a First Responder in emergency situations
• Patrols and monitors all areas of the property
• Provides excellent guest service to guests and employees
• Performs gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers
• Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
• Responds to emergencies as needed

The Ideal Candidate

• Ability to participate in all evacuations procedures to aid guests and employees during an emergency
• Ability to operate emergency medical equipment
• Flexible schedule with at least one month’s advance notice of schedule availability
• Must be available to work one weekend per month
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have an Emergency Medical Technician license by the State of Michigan
