The Job

The Job As a Security Officer First Responder, you will be responsible for providing basic emergency medical needs to our team members and property guests while ensuring exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic emergency medical needs to our team members and property guests
• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees
• Act as a First Responder in emergency situations
• Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers
• Resolve complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
• Respond to emergencies as needed

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and handcuffing techniques
• Ability to participate in all evacuations procedures to aid guests and employees during an emergency
• Ability to operate assigned equipment
• Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have an Emergency Technician license by the State of Michigan
• Must be 21 or older
