About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring an Industrial Firefighter. The ideal candidate should possess a keen sense of observation, physical stamina, and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical fitness and readiness for emergency situations
• Patrol various environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.
• Respond to fire alarms and other emergencies
• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance
• Handle hazardous materials and perform operations as required

Requirements

• Over the age of 21
• Valid Driver License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Firefighter Certification NFPA 1001-1-11 IFSAC OR Pro Board excepted Certification
• Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification or higher
• Hazardous Material Awareness and Operations NFPA 472 IFSAC or Pro Board Certification

Qualifications

• Able to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Standing and walking for the entire shift is required

Physical stamina, keen observational skills, and the ability to handle hazardous materials are crucial.

Pay

$17.49 per hour with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees!

Schedule

On 24 / off 48. Shifts run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
