Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the growth and success of the company through teamwork and initiative
- Participate in the Employee Development Program to develop leadership skills
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for firearms and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player mentality
- Positive attitude
- Full-time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits after 90 days
