This position is intended for candidates who have professional, hands-on experience working fire and/or water mitigation jobs. If you have worked with extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, containment, demolition, moisture documentation, and active mitigation projects, we want to talk to you. This is not an entry-level position. What You'll Be Doing Respond to residential and commercial fire and water lossesPerform water extraction and mitigationSet up and monitor drying equipmentPerform demolition and material removalSet up containment and follow proper PPE and safety proceduresWork in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas when necessaryComplete job notes, photos, and required documentationMaintain clean and organized job sitesDrive company vehicles to jobs throughout our service area What We're Looking For Previous professional fire and/or water mitigation experience requiredFamiliarity with restoration equipment and drying processesExperience with extraction, demolition, containment, and equipment setupAbility to recognize job priorities and work with limited supervisionIICRC certifications are a plusStrong attendance and reliabilityProfessional communication and documentation skills Position Requirements Valid driver's licenseAbility to meet company driving requirements for operation of company vehiclesAbility to lift 50+ lbs. regularlyComfortable working on ladders and in confined spacesAble to perform physically demanding work in wet, dirty, and changing environmentsAbility to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening following a conditional offer of employment What We Offer Competitive pay based on restoration experienceAdvancement opportunities — Lead Tech → Crew Chief → PM/EstimatorPaid IICRC certifications and continued trainingSteady, year-round workStructured operations and clear expectationsOpportunities to grow with an established restoration team Before You Apply We're specifically looking for applicants with restoration industry experience who are comfortable driving company vehicles as part of their regular job duties.
