About the role
Wolverine Fire Protection Co. (WFP) is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler TI Manager/Superintendent to lead tenant improvement and retrofit projects across our Southern California portfolio, including union/PLA project work.
Responsibilities
- Run field operations on TI/retrofit fire sprinkler projects, from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate with GCs, property managers, and inspectors on fast-turnaround, occupied-space work
- Manage crews and subs to schedule, quality, and NFPA 13/AHJ compliance
- Navigate union/PLA project requirements alongside standard commercial work
Requirements
- Field leadership experience in fire sprinkler TI or retrofit work
- Strong NFPA 13 and permitting/inspection knowledge
- Experience on union or PLA-governed jobsites
- Ability to run multiple concurrent TI projects under tight timelines
