We are partnered with an area-recognized and established fire protection and life safety system contractor looking to add a proven Sprinkler Designer to their growing team. They have a great reputation, support employee growth, and are dedicated to maintaining an outstanding work culture.
Responsibilities
- Design fire protection systems for commercial and residential buildings
- Produce detailed drawings and hydraulic calculations for fire sprinkler and fire pump systems
- Perform field surveys
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to gather documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- NICET in Water-Based Systems
- Demonstrated ability with AutoCAD, HydraCAD, or AutoSPRINK
- Knowledge of NFPA codes
- Self-motivated and able to work well with others
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills
- Ability to travel to job sites and attend meetings as necessary
